We had an absolutely wonderful time at TRS Cap Cana. The service and people are wonderful. The restaurants and selection of drinks are plentiful. Everyone always has the warmest greetings and the desire to help. Our Butler, Melvin Santana, was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this resort. Kudos to all the staff at TRS! Thank you for making our stay so special!

Beautiful resort with the best personalized service. More of a boutique feel with great service from everyone. Willyn, our butler was the best upgrades of our stay. He made sure to check in with us each morning and found us by the pool mid day to see about our dinner options for each evening. He provided the kindest special touch for our 10 yr anniversary and just went above and beyond. The food was delicious, drinks were perfect, and special activities were so fun. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun resort without the huge party scene.

Wonderful place to stay at. From the moment i arrived the hospitality was incredible. I was welcomed with a nice refreshing drink, something i had not seen in other resorts. My butler Javier, was outstanding. He made my stay at TRS so much more smoother. His hospitality and recommendations were second to none. He was quick and efficient anytime i called for. All other employees were great as well, they always made sure you had everything you needed. Cant wait to be back.

My husband booked a stay for us at TRS Cap Cana to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay the service was excellent. Our butler Irwin was amazing and made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed including arranging our nightly dinner reservations. The food at all the restaurants was delicious but the desserts were even better and presentation was gorgeous! The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we received the highest level of service to make you feel pampered and rejuvenated. The hydrotherapy services at the spa are part of the all inclusive package so that was a nice surprise. The resort is right on the ocean- it is on a marina so there is a faint smell of algae but it did not impact our stay at all or take anything away from the experience. The resort itself is more intimate which I really enjoyed so we never had to go far from our room. This was an adults only resort and was much quieter and relaxing than most but that's what we wanted for this particular trip. We would definitely recommend this resort and would return.

Our stay at TRS Cap Cana was fantastic! We had a junior swim up suite and being pool side for our whole stay was so relaxing. The food was incredible, and Roberto's craft cocktails might have been the best we've ever had! It was my birthday and Bayron, our butler, arranged to have a cake and singing for my special day. He also took care of our needs with food service, housekeeping, and keeping our fridge stocked. Sabrina and Eduardo kept up laughing and were so sweet. Miguel was also so attentive with our drink needs. We would recommend staying here to anyone.

Really bad food and bad service too. I was there for a mini getaway with my husband. We never saw our assigned butler , he never assisted us or offered us anything . I had to do our own reservations for the restaurants and on our last day we checked out through the app, waited an hour and ended up bringing our own luggage to the reception. At the restaurants food was cold , at breakfast time I waited 20 min for an orange juice. They did not keep their guest entertained it looked more like they are forced to work , we ended up ordering our own taxis and eating out of the hotel. I DO NOT recommend this hotel specially for the amount of money they charge

Una experiencia única desde el recibimiento con su anfitrión hasta la estadía completa con una dinámica superior en el servicio con un mayordomo asignado quien te cuenta todo sobre el lugar para que no se te escapé ningunas de sus actividades haciéndote sentir verdaderamente un trato único, sus instalaciones en perfecto estado en un ambiente relajado pero divertido con todos sus colaboradores con buenos tratos en todas sus áreas .

Excelente hotel si quieres algo tranquilo y con poca gente. La comida excelente muy buen sabor y variedad. Los asistentes muy amables y siempre ahí disponibles, las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas.

We got home late last night from our trip to TRS Cap Cana. It was another wonderful trip! The food was great and we were treated like family. Since the resort is so small, I feel like everyone got to know each other, guests and employees alike. We were a happy and fun family! Our butler Bayron was excellent and so personable. In addition to making sure we had dinner reservations every night and checking in on us, he even went out of his way to switch out my sun lounger in our swim up since it broken. I told him he was the best butler ever. There was many outstanding employees, with three standing out more. Juan Luis is a waiter and he was our favorite. And Charley from POP, who was always at the main pool, taking music requests and full of energy. And Ronnie, a bartender who made the best drinks and even served us at our swim up. We went to relax and unwind and we could not be happier with TRS Cap Cana. I would definitely go back to it. We loved it!

This is a resort for rest and relaxation. If your looking to party or see a lot of people this isn't the place. We enjoyed our time here and also extended a day. It is an ala cart restaurant but really missed the buffet style. Our room was amazing and the swim up helped us enjoy the resort more.

TRS is lovely and quiet. If you want to relax and enjoy this is the place to be. The staff is amazing especially Sandy who ensured that I had plenty of specially made creamy soup when I returned from my dental appointment. He’s kind and understanding and as a plus he speaks English but so is Juan Louis! He’s the best and he’s got great personality and excellent customer service. Every morning if he was there he would come to our table with a fruit plate, hot coffee, and did not rush us knowing that we would order from their menu. Disappointed that we couldn’t be picked up by Uber at the hotel. The taxis are 3x as much. Also we waited a long time for our ‘butler’ when we arrived. We’re still waiting. He never showed up. Just double tipped everyone else.

Our stay was amazing at this hotel , the staff is always ready to do whatever it takes to make our stay the best possible. Our butler Bayron has went above and beyond for us , form making reservations to showing us around this resort , the quality of service form him is unmatchable. This resort has a very live atmosphere and the food is amazing.. We love it hear so much I’m actually writing this review as we extended our vacation 4 days .

TRS Cap Cana is a very nice resort, only problem was we couldn’t stay longer. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was great. There was a small night club/bar that was pretty lively in the evenings. Not a big resort, but all of the amenities one could need for a 4-5 day stay.

I stayed here at TRS Cap Cana for six days and it was absolutely amazing. I was not disappointed at all, everything I needed and wanted they accommodated for me and made it happen. Everything was so beautiful. Luis my butler , Christian, and Sabrina are great people and I can’t forget about Christopher (the best bar tender and it was my birthday and he made me feel so special). I would definitely come back! It was worth everything

O hotel é incrível! Muito lindo e chique, e o quarto extremamente confortável! Mas o que realmente é o diferencial foi o atendimento, todo o staff muito amável e atencioso! A Alba que atende na piscina, o Kevin do guest service, Luisa do restaurante (que decoram o nome de todos os hóspedes), e o Meyror da porta que nos ajudou a chegar muito bem recebidos! Recomendo demais para quem vier a Punta Cana!

Lugar lindo, todos os lugares são bem decorados e serviço incrível. Experiência única do começo ao fim. Café da manhã com música ao vivo e comida com excelente qualidade. Todos o funcionários são muito atenciosos e muito amáveis. Agracimento especial do para Xiorkis e Ana Luiza do restaurante! O único ponto negativo são as algas que dominaram a praia, mas é uma coisa que foge das mãos do hotel. Total recomendo!

Desde nossa chegada tudo perfeito. Hotel super estruturado, restaurantes, cafés e bares completos o tempo todo para nosso atendimento. Juan Luís do café atento nas minhas alergias alimentares, Enrique super querido e preocupado com nosso bem estar nos restaurantes, Março na piscina, Angélica do Aurum, Jenfry nosso mordomo super prestativo com nosso quarto fez questão de providenciar champanhe, bolo e rosas para meu aniversário mesmo sendo em Janeiro. Vladimir nosso chapeiro oficial que fez até pizza especial pra minha mãe. Lugar maravilhoso com pessoas maravilhosas, deixaram nossas férias felizes. TRS Cap Cana is an amazing 114 suite boutique all-inclusive resort! Incredible views, spacious suites, 5-star service and food. Very easy to get to nearby beaches and sites. The resort is perfect for couples and honeymooners!

My wife and I had a great time at TRS Cap Cana. Highlights include our fabulous suite with plenty of space to spread out, our walks around the property and the adjacent marina, our multiple trips to the spa for some time in the sauna/whirlpool, and all the fun meals made even more entertaining by our waitstaff including Adonis, Jairo, Roberto, Francisco, and Juan Luis. Special shout out to Victor and Joel at the front desk for helping out with an issue with our rental car to make sure we could make it to the airport on time. All in all, a great week!

The moment we checked in we were introduced to our butler Javier who was an absolute pleasure! He always made sure we had everything we needed and was so personable! The food was incredible- each night there is a different theme to eat - Mediterranean, Italian, Steak house, Mexican, & more. There is an area with excursions and all the excursions we did were INCREDIBLE. The swim up bar and drinks overall was fantastic-the bartender Alexander was wonderful. John who plans all the activities was so much FUN! I got to learn salsa, Spanish, and even how to make sushi! Room service was available 24/7 and was so scrumptious. Luis D (butler) was also fantastic and played pool with my husband (which he LOVED). Thanks Luis! Jose was great with our luggage and making sure we were arriving to the right places. There is also a free shuttle service to take you to a nearby beach - check it out! This was our honeymoon and this trip truly made us fall more in love! Thank you TRS for everything. Best vacation EVER!!!

OJO: un buen hotel pero distabastante de5 estrellas. Ubicado estratégicamente en la punta de la marina de Cap Cana teníamos alta expectativa de un hotel que fue considerado en su mejor momento uno de los mejores del área A pesar del esfuerzo de los pocos empleados que tiene el hotel, no es de 5 estrellas . Cuidado , los restaurantes que están en el su pagina o brochure no están abiertos y solo te dan opción a un restaurante, la variedad de comida , consistencia de preparación y falta de platos que están el mismo menú hacen pensar que el hotel esta orientado a optimizar los recursos bajo la premisa de cobrar un sobreprecio a los que van en esta temporada baja en la era del covid. bar de sport bar cerrado por lo cual no piense que podrá disfrutar de deportes. Cafetería , solo abierto hasta las 6 pm y no necesariamente tienen los elementos de preparación que están en su menú (caramelo, choclate etc.) . No vaya esperando que tenga playa , han puesto un reten para los sargazos de verano , pero al no quitarlo el olor es insoportable y la "playa que es pequeñano sirve y esta contaminada, el olor llega a cierta área de la piscina y jardines.ofrecen una opción de traslado a una playa en Juanillo pero no espere que esto mejore. ademas que la comida es deficiente y bebidas limitadas. Llegamos temprano al mediodía y no había nadie por lo cual no puedo opinar sobre el protocolo anti covid, personal con mascarilla vimos, en la habitación a pesar de tener una suite no había kit de desinfección, si se toma la temperatura en el restaurante que se vaya a comer.. Si lleva carro tenga en cuenta que es un área pequeña de parqueo y solo esta disponible 5 parqueos. La habitación a pesar de ser espaciosa y ser una suite, cuando llovió y la puerta de cristal cerrada entro el agua, la solución del hotel fue poner toallas (no ofrecieron cambiar de habitación o dar una compensación). Las bebidas del refrigerador tuvieron que cambiarla ya que estaban calientes, no hay maquina de hielo por lo cual hay que ordenarla al room service. Internet , luego de queja que no había internet , lo arreglaron. En resumen, a pesar de una excelente ubicación y ofertar un boutique hotel, elsobreprecio cobradono se compadece por lo ofertado en estos momentos y esta claro que no hay un gerente residente en el hotel que pueda atender a los turistas y ofertarle compensaciones por la deficiencia que se presentan en la estadía. Si el objetivo de hotel es sobrevivir a la crisis económica es mejor cerrarlo temporalmente y cuando se abra ofrecer un verdadero servicio 5 estrellas que pueda competir con los hoteles de Cap Cana, dejarlo abierto ofertando el mínimo de servicio, comida, bebida, etc le hace daño a su reputación que es el principal activo de un hotel.

Me encantó la experiencia en el hotel... Todo es muy hermoso y fueron muy atentos conmigo... Y el mayordomo Javierestá buenísimo, y es muy atento estubo siempre pendiente a mis dudas e inquietudes... Cuando vuelva al país no dudaré en volver ... Me encantó!!!! 🥰

Un hotel para parejas muy buena música en vivo, todo el tiempo excelente música de violines en la noche para amenizar la cena. Increíblemente pero en la mañana también ofrecieron música en vivo para el desayuno. También fueron muy buenos y muy finas atenciones por parte de personal.

The place is just as described. We were a party of 8 ladies who were very happy with our vacation destination. The capacity was minimal and covid friendly. Plenty of space the stretch out and they were always cleaning the hotel. I would recommend that they provide some more night life activities or night clubs. And perhaps some interpreters for dinner time The Waite staff personnel were very friendly and our party particularly like Bayron our butler and Adonis our waiter was top notch in service.

Nothing like they said best feature was swim up pool in room. I’ve been to many different resorts in Punta Cana and never have I been this disappointed. Food was terrible no entertainment to speak of and really no guests at this resort. You would think then at the service would be exceptional with so little people but no go. If Do you want somewhere to sit in the sun for a week this will work for you other than that nope no go...,,,

We had a great stay. The one thing that made this different to a normal hotel was the butler service. Our butler Bayron gave us his WhatsApp number and was available to help and make the vacation much more enjoyable. The rooms were outstanding with nice hot water pressure in the bathrooms and a hot tub on the balcony. Would highly recommend this place. One tip though - If you don’t speak English please be patient with the staff as most of them don’t speak English well. They have to find you someone who does.

Positive aspects. The animators were nice and fun. The room was big and new with a very comfortable bed. Luis, our butler (which acts as a single point of contact) was nice and quick to help Negative aspects. The service was disappointing, except for a few exceptions. You ordered food and got a different dish. Room service took forever. Once we asked to leave water in front of the room but they got into the room while we were in the shower. Food was decent but we both got a mild case of food poisoning after the New Year's Eve buffet. The day later we noticed the yogurt served at breakfast was expired. When we advised the waiter, he just said that we could get another one and didn't check the others. The beach is non existent - small and facing a polluted bay. You can take a free transfer to a very nice beach but be advised you'll have to pay 15$ each for lunch, which kind of defeats the purpose of all inclusive

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this resort. We got the all-inclusive package. EVERYONE was so friendly. Food and drinks were great. It was awesome walking to our door and seeing the Honeymooners banner, fruit basket and bottle of champagne. We had a swim-up room, which we loved! Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely go back.

Small boutique all inclusive place. Breakfast and dinner are out of this world at the restaurant. Lunch is divine on the beach/canal connecting the marina. The grill next to the pool has the best food for lunch! Most impressive place in Punta Cana. Very inexpensive for the luxurious accommodations. All staff are very gracious and friendly. Going back this year!

Beautiful new hotel and resort. Rooms are clean and pretty big. Swim up pool nice and clean. Pool area well kept as well. All services were “Excellente”, staff really attends to everyone in a special way. Special shot out to Henry and Iris in the main lobby bar. They were the best, very friendly and kind. The cleaning lady that does all the designs with towels. She’s the best kept the room clean everyday. Food is durable, needs more selections and when doing a specialty night, there should be enough food for the late reservations. Overall 2 thumbs up. I will be going back.

This hotel was very nice newly remodeled updated rooms very contemporary. The upgraded to one of the swim out rooms which was wonderful. They have daily activities and I really enjoyed the 10 yoga sessions everyday. The instructor was very friendly very knowledgeable and made the yoga fun. The food was good. Some stuff was better than others. The Catch of the Day which was a whole snapper head it all was tasty.
