Péssima não recomendo este hotel a ninguém, sorte que ficamos apenas um dia, e mesmo assim tivemos que trocar de habilitação 3 vezes.

Go somewhere else!! The rooms are decent and the hotel itself looks nice but the service is terrible. In the main buffet the food is disgusting. Apart from that after I got my food I sat down and no one came to offer me a drink. I was done with my food by the time I was able to get someone to pay attention to me. The waitstaff simply ignores you. In addition to that even when I booked a reservation at one of their restaurants I had to wait a whole hour. I saw the hostess seat many people who came after me, before me. I literally had to point at a table that opened up and demand I be seated to get a table. Other than that the overall experience is poor. No one explains anything to you when you get there and there’s no map, so you have to spend so much time asking people where things are and how to get there and of course you don’t Always get a correct answer with the language barrier. Lastly the safe was broken in my room, so I had no security and when I called to have it fixed they said they would send someone and no one came. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

For an All-Inclusive Hotel it lack a lot, not enough personal, not that well trained, the food wasn't that bad, but wasn't that much diversity, the rooms we book were a mess, no logistics. Not to give a 2 but not that great to give above a 3.

Resort tem uma boa estrutura, falta ter internet wi-fi liberada e com ótima velocidade, tem outros hotéis ao lado com wi-fi até na orla da praia. Outra falha a comida nao e tãoboa, a carne bovina e muito pouco servido e quando servido não tem cortes bons. Batidas todas artificiais, que poderia ser com frutas mesmo, Chopp é muito bom. Mesmo assim recomendo conhecer.

Deveriam se responsabilizar quando some pertences do cliente. Pagamos caro por um quarto e some parte do nosso dinheiro. Absurdo isso, o Hotel tem sim responsabilidade sobre o que acontece com seus hóspedes.Tomem cuido com seus pertences pessoal... povo maravilhoso e pessoas muito simpáticas mas tomem cuidado.

Comida boa, local muito bonito, piscinas grandes, muitos drinks gostosos. Deixa a desejar no atendimento, e os quartos não são tão bons, chuveiro só esquenta após as 9 horas da manhã, serviço de quarto bem mais ou menos e demoram a entregar as malas nos quartos no dia do check in. Tem restaurantes temáticos, o do Brasil é uma delícia.

Basicamente muito fraco em tudo. Serviço, alimentação, higiene. Encontramos muitas baratas pelo quarto e dependências do hotel. Nosso quarto tinha goteiras enormes quando chovia. Serviço de quarto não trocava lençóis e toalhas, não retirava o lixo e não tinha água quente para banho. O All inclusive é apenas para bebidas de baixa qualidade (só a Coca cola que era "de marca", o restante é uma espécie de Dolly com diversos sabores usadas nos drinks). Não faz o menor sentido ser mais de 2 estrelas pois já fiquei em pousadas no Brasil com mais higiene e infraestrutura que esse lugar. Compramos pacote via Hotel urbano... e ao informar as condições do quarto recebemos a mensagem de que não podiam fazer nada pois esse é o padrão de hotel 3 estrelas... sério? Com baratas, água fria e banheira suja? Enfim. Recomendo irem para outro, ou mesmo para Cancun, vale mais a pena. Mais alguns detalhes: cofre do quarto cobrado a parte ($30), não tem Wi-Fi nos quartos (só na recepção, que fica bem distante) e nãopega direito devido a quantidade de gente usando. O resorts fica BEM longe de tudo, ou seja, qqr ir e vir são $5 por pessoa até a Downtown, CocoBongo, etc, além de dar muito medo de andar a pé, pois é mto comum assaltos a turistas que se atrevem a andar a pé pelos arredores.

Do Not Disturb!!! That was on the door and the security guard entered my room anyway. He said to fumigate. Why would you do such a thing with me in the room and why not make an announcement to guests before starting fumigation. The policy of entering when told not to raises serious concerns. They bust in on you while you’re not even dressed. I would never stay in a place as such. This raises a serious safety concern. They enter your room whenever they want. I would not leave a star but that is the only way to leave a review.

I was pretty Disappointed. Our bathroom was leaking and the mirror had mold on it. The whold bathroom floor was constantly wet and it made the floor very slippery. We told the hotel and they didnt do anything about it sadly. The room was freezing the whole time. When we got there our room had the fan on and we tried turning it off but relaized that the attachments for the fan had been broken off and we could not turn it off. It wouldnt have been so bad if they would have fixed the bathroom or changed our room. I would recommend staying somewhere else if you can.

Pocos restaurantes abiertos (el lugar tenía una semana de re inagurado), las bebidas saben a baratas y corrientes. El snack con comida de mala calidad, los Tours adicionales abusivos (no valen lo que cuestan). Te sientes como turista estafado todo el tiempo.Pros: el personal del hotel es sumamente atento y agradable. Instalaciones nuevas, pero no compensa el all inclusive. No regreso ahí.

Nossa estadia no hotel foi espetacular, o hotel é muito bom, as comidas são ótimas, os atendentes são excepcionais, é um hotel para passeio em família. Não se pode deixar de visitar a CREPERIA onde se tem as atendentes ROSA RUIZ e ROSAURA que dará uma atenção espetacular com os cafés, crepes que no Brasil e panqueca e doces. Na Recreacão que é muito animada quem fecha com chave de ouro e JÚLIO CÉSAR e JHONATAN que farão muitas brincadeiras e espetáculos, na piscina, praia e teatro.

STAY AWAY FROM THE ROYAL HOLIDAY VACATION CLUB (a Timeshare company operating within the resort) We fell prey to their highly trained sales agents and signed on the dotted line. The very next morning at 8:30 am ( only 12 hours after signing) We went back to tell them we made a mistake and wanted to cancel. They pushed us off, first telling us that no one was there yet to help us, to come back around 9:30. When we arrived at 9:30, we did meet briefly with the woman who walked us through signing the contract. She told us that she simply could not help us right now, as it was month end, and she first had to get all her paperwork done. We argued with her for half an hour, trying to tell her that we were not leaving until she cancelled it. She finally told us to come back at 1:00 and she would be able to help us then, we would have her full attention. We arrived back at 12:50 and were ushered into her office where we originally signed the papers. She was not there. At 1:20, she finally showed up to They told us that under the Arizona law that the contract is under, there is no law stating that there is a timeline in which we can cancel. She did draw up a letter stating that we wanted to cancel and had us sign it, and she signed it as well. She sated that we would not be getting a refund. after much arguing, she said that she would see what she could do to get us half. No guarantees. And even with the letter stating that we wanted to cancel, a decision would not be made for 15 days!!!! Now, the resort itself was very enjoyable. Lots of activities, lovely staff, great beach, pools, bars. Beautiful Space for a family vacation. NOTE: apparently there is this unwritten rule known among frequent vacationers that you can save a pool/beach chair by leaving your towel on it (or other items) Although the signs posted say no chair saving. It is unfair for people (this is in our own experience) to leave their chairs while they go shopping for the afternoon, and take up space that my family could have been using. I wish the resort would deal with this issue, by either enforcing their rules, or, providing more chairs!

Worst hotel room that I have ever stayed in.Dirty marks ALL OVER THE WALLS.Dirty showers dirty mirrors.Fixtures didn't work.Phone didn't work.Polite staff, but not many go outta there way for you or are super friendly. Towels are super old.Bugs in the room.Linens were cleaned but stains left in them.This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.Only a few pictures as my husband took the others and sent to management who has not even responded.

Most of the staff was nice. The cleanliness, not so great. There was blood smeared all over the curtain to the sliding glass door. One of the beds had to springs poking out and actually ripped a pair of my husbands shorts. There was a huge hole in the side of the bath tub. The blankets and sheets didnt fit. They were made for a full that was put on a queen. The towels were thin and stained. It was difficult to get information because most people didnt speak English, which is fine, I know Im in another country. Nobody ever told us that there was shuttle that takes you to a shopping center. Instead my husband walked to the town alone with a rock in his hand because he was being harrassed by the locals as soon as he left to the store. The day we left to go home is when we finally heard of the shuttle.The staff did give my husband the run around. He asked several different staff member for directions to a building and instead of saying the dont understand, they send him on a wild goose chase. He was so upset but then he ran into Emaniel, who calmed him down and got him the help he needed. Emaniel was wonderful and I want to say he was the only one that really truly went out of his way to make things better. Thank you so much, Emaniel!!! They open everything late and close it early so its impossible to get any food after dinner. And only one bar stays open until 10:30 but it clear across the whole resort to get there. Pools close at 7:00 which seems really early considering how warm it is. Probably will not go to another Princess hotel.

A great family experience. Food was fantastically delicious and lots of varieties to choose from. Rooms are nice with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms per unit...A little nick nacks here and there but overall great environment. Will surely do it again

This was the best experience we ever had in Dominican Republic. I absolutely recommend Tropical Princess for your stay. The accommodation, the staff, the amenities, beach, pool, buffet bring everything together for a great vacation. IMPORTANT: I don't recommend booking dinners at restaurants, rather goto the all you can eat buffet that is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. The food at the buffet is incredibly good and the service is amazing, not so much for the restaurants there that aren't operated by the same company.

Beautiful locations and nature. Really beautiful animals. But food is not that great. And service is quite slow. Sometimes I would finish dinner with out a drink after ordering. Even though the room needed a update it did not effect us. The hotel overall was beautiful and defiantly recommend this place. Just the cooking needs to be improved

The staff are very friendly and create a very safe environment for guests. The rooms are a little tired, but you don’t come to a place like this to stay indoors. Outside is marvellous. The grounds are lush and full of nature. My children enjoyed finding flamingoes, turtles and peacocks as we walked between beach and room.

Beaches were beautiful. Only issue was the amount of seaweed in the water and on the shore. Unavoidable though. Month of May the winds apparently bring in more of the seaweed and washes it up. Resort staff were amazing at clearing the water and the shore daily. The staff were amazing and were so attentive. Coffee cups were always filled every morning and they remembered you and would have your table reserved and ready even at the buffet. Drinks weren’t watered down like other resorts. Rum and coke was really rum and a splash of coke. Food was good with a lot of variety and had international nights and served the different foods from that specific country.
