Un hotel muy bonito pero con mucha falta de servicio en general y más si eres Mexicano y local..... hasta que se dieron cuenta que el gerente de al lado me saludó en el restaurante oriental el servicio mejoró, la gente en los pasillos ni hola te dicen y si son jefes (porque se distinguen por su uniforme) menos. Ángel de ayb me prometió un postre sin azúcar para el día siguiente en el restaurante de mariscos en el lunch y cuando lo pedí me veían como si estuviera loco.....y bueno para lo que me sirvieron después de 40min (ahí tengo la foto). El desayuno a la carta para la categoría superior malísimo! Sin atención al detalle, sin seguimiento, sin sabor, sin sal....en fin y es el de categoría Privilege....El Bar muy bien! Estuve en el restaurante Italiano del lado Secrets durante la segunda cena y ahí el servicio y Alimentos muy superior al Dreams.....hay que aceptarlo! El buffet del desayuno rico, suficiente pero con muchos pequeños grandes detalles que hacen siempre una gran diferencia....nuestra habitación MARAVILLOSA!! 7225 muchas gracias por el detalle de nuestro aniversario! Si, con detalles estéticos pero una habitación hermosa! Muchas gracias!

What kind of 5 star hotel doesn’t have hot showers or good food? First off, the showers get warm, but never hot. So if you’re expecting a hot bath or shower after a sweaty day, which will be everyday, then you’ve come to the wrong place. Second of all, the food is terrible. We went to every restaurant and there wasn’t a single good dish. The food was lukewarm and soggy. My apple juice tasted like cough syrup. Nothing about it is luxurious like they claim it to be. They try to replicate rich luxurious dishes and it tastes awful every time. Like just give us some chicken tenders man. There’s no seasoning whatsoever and the ice and water makes you sick. The room service is equally as terrible, maybe even worse. The only nice thing about this hotel is the aesthetics. Don’t come if you want to eat. The only reason why there are good reviews is because people only come here to drink. If you’re here for a legit good time and dining experience choose somewhere else!!

First off there is a HUGE lack of communication between staff!! We get told one thing by the front desk and then we hear something else from other staff!!! A LOT OF THE STAFF ARE VERY UNFRIENDLY!! And there is a RIDICULOUS dress code for restaurants!! Women can show up in bathing suits for lunch but men cant have a tank top! And im talking about a POOL/OCEAN view casual restaurant!!! I literally had to walk all the way back to my room with an infant and a toddler to get a t-shirt!!! The food is mediocre at best! None if the restaurants were outstanding! We heard some weird comments from servers that we’re eating too much food!!! ITS AN ALL INCLUSIVE FOR GOD SAKES!!Other than that, the resort itself is very beautiful, and the pools are really nice! Shout out to Gustavo, the pool director for always hooking us up with good seats cause we have kids!

You ever notice how all inclusive are like little jails? Meaning, while they are all inclusive, your basically trapped in the resort the whole time, with the most bland cuisine, catering to well...the most American of palates. However, if you want to go to Mexico for the Americanized version of food this is the spot for you. It's like Denny's and Golden Corral but at 5 Star prices. The location is directly on the beach and pretty much every room has an ocean view. But as a result taxi rides to Cancun will run you about $85 US round trip. If you're Black and traveling here, you should know this is the Redneck Rivera. So, there is that. Otherwise, it's a lovely spot for any blue blooded American, who loves Mexican culture, food and music but not actual Mexicans. I won't be staying here again but I'm bourgeois. So please take my review with a grain of salt.

Hermoso hotel, aún no me hospedó pero el nivel se ve muy bien, será mi futura visita obligada

The overall experience was very average/bad. And on day 3 it rained and we went to hide in our room to wait for it to pass when we came back to our seat, our towel and belongings disappeared. The hotel took everything. Hopefully it was just books, clothes and kids toys. We tried to talk to somebody but they all asked us to wait for one more day. On day 5 I wanted to check the camera and they told me that the request was taking 72h to get reviewed by security. Which is convenient as we were leaving in 48h. I don't recommend it. They stole from us. I don't know if it was on purpose or not. But they didn't try at all to help. And when you look at the review it happens quite a lot to other people. And we paid extra to be in the "preferred club" ... What a joke...

What an amazing resort. From the time we walked in, we were catered to anything possible. The staff is welcoming, pools are gorgeous and the food, definitely gained a few pounds. Our friends wedding was beautiful. Definitely recommend staying here. Will definitely be back. 🤙🏽

Let me start by saying that this is my first low star review in over 2 years now. This resort is beautiful generally speaking, and it has nice views and nice beach, its rooms are nice though they aren’t as accessible. People who has strollers won’t move around as easy. You would spend the first few days just to learn where all the ramps are located. The service is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced in Mexico. We typical comes to Cancun once a year. Employees are not happy, even when tipped, the hotel management is to be blamed for that issue as they clearly are not taking care of their employees and they are overworking them. You would go to restaurants, sit down for an hour before food starting to arrive. We wasted so much time just waiting, waiting for room to be ready, waiting to be seated, waiting for someone to ask as what to eat and waiting so long for the food to show up. The dress code is another stupid requirements for a below average restaurants decor and even table and chairs. Almost all of their restaurants look like an average finished basement. I would absolutely not recommend this resort at its present stage. Save your money and go somewhere else where they treat their employees better and your time is better respected.

My family and I went here for a complimentary breakfast and so they can offer me a membership for this hotel everyone was nice at first while at the meeting for this membership I had gotten up to change my baby’s diaper and my family stayed there I left my phone on the table where my family was when I returned my family had picked up all our stuff because we rejected their offer, after rejecting their offer everyone was acting a bit rude now then we left to the main entrance to get picked up by our taxi when i realized I didn’t have my phone with me, I went back to the place where they did the meeting and the restaurant where we had breakfast all the employees said they didn’t see a phone and that no one reported anything I told them to look at the cameras all they told me was that “the cameras didn’t focus specifically where I was sitting at” which is stupid because being a 5-star hotel they should have cameras everywhere I finally gave up on looking for that phone and gave them my info to see if anything reported a missing phone. Let me tell you that while I was telling them about my phone another girl went up to the staff and reported something stolen too so I wasn’t the only one going through this. I’m for sure it was one of the staff because they had turn on the phone a couple of times and I am still able to track it and see where it is.Mi familia y yo fuimos aquí para un desayuno de cortesía y para que puedan ofrecerme una membresía para este hotel, todos fueron amables al principio, mientras que en la reunión para esta membresía me levanté para cambiar el pañal de mi bebé y mi familia se quedó allí. Dejé mi teléfono en la mesa donde estaba mi familia cuando regresé, mi familia había recogido todas nuestras cosas porque rechazamos su oferta, después de rechazar su oferta, todos estaban actuando un poco groseros, luego nos fuimos a la entrada principal para que nos recogiera nuestro taxi cuando me di cuenta de que no tenía mi teléfono, volví al lugar donde hicieron la reunión y al restaurante donde desayunamos, todos los empleados dijeron que no vieron un teléfono y que nadie informó nada de lo sucedido. Les dije que si por favor podían mirar las cámaras todo lo que me dijeron fue que "las cámaras no enfocaban específicamente donde yo estaba sentada" lo cual es una estupidez porque al ser un hotel de 5 estrellas deberían tener cámaras en todas partes finalmente desistí de buscar ese teléfono y les di mi información para ver si alguien reportaba un teléfono perdido. Déjame decirte que mientras les contaba sobre mi teléfono, otra chica se acercó al personal y también denunció algo robado, así que no fui la única que pasó por esto. Estoy seguro de que era uno de los miembros del personal porque habían encendido el teléfono un par de veces y todavía puedo rastrearlo y ver dónde está.

Just attended a wedding at this beautiful resort.This was our first destination wedding and it was fantastic!The staff was amazing!They were always extremely helpful and attentive to every need.Rooms very nice. Spacious and cool with a wonderful balcony.This were so clean.The spa is a MUST and golf was very enjoyable for our crew.The wildlife also kept us entertained throughout the trip.Buffet items were very good and restaurant items ranged from above avg to very ok depending on what you ordered.My only suggestion would be for the food items to be enhanced and for Dreams to offer a decent wine option but overall it was a lovely property and we had a great time.

Lugar isolado porém lindo! Muito aconchegante e várias piscinas, vários restaurantes inclusive um gaúcho grill! All inclusive e bem espaçoso.

Resort perfeito. As acomodações são ótimas. O quarto é espaçoso, a cama é bem grande e confortável. O banheiro é também espaçoso. (uma pequena ressalva o chuveiro poderia ter mais vazão de água). As piscinas são ótimas e são muitas as opções. As pessoas que trabalham no resort são todas atenciosas e estão prontas a te atender. Apesar de que, com gorjetas os serviços ficam ainda melhores. Os restaurantes são ótimos. Comida de qualidade e bem servida. São muitas opções. Desde os bares à restaurantes internacionais.

First time to Mexico, first time to an all inclusive in fact. It was a very clean and organized resort. They knocked it out of the park. Everyone went above and beyond to make it a great experience for the entire family. Roxanna and Jaime are phenomenal and we're so wonderful with our children. We will definitely be back.

Las instalaciones son increíbles, el lugar esta muy bien equipado y todo muy bien tenido. Lamentablemente el servicio es muy deficiente, cosa que se ve con más critica en un ligsrcomo este.

Muy lindo el hotel! La playa y las piletas buenisimas. El servicio de playa muy eficiente, lo unico malo es que habia pocas sombrillas, el unico hotel con tan pocas sombrillas.Lo mejor del hotel: la atencion de Eric, gran mozo! Maribel, La recepcionista del restaurant Maris tambien, 10 puntos.Lo peor del hotel el sistema de reservas para los restaurantes, tenes que hacer fila de 13 a 15 hs para poder reservar los restaurantes. Un desastre eso, prehistórico.

After doing a ton of research on the best destination wedding spots we landed on Dreams Playa Mujeres and we are so glad we did!We want to give a huge shoutout to our wedding coordinator, Marcela, for the terrific job she did bringing our dream wedding to life.There is a lot of anxiety that goes into wedding planning and Marcela made everything so easy.The rehearsal dinner and wedding that she coordinated went beyond our wildest dreams and we are so lucky to have found such a special person and place for our wedding day.We were fortunate to have 50 of our closest friends and family members join us for our special day and every single one of our guests was blown away by all aspects of the resort. The service was phenomenal and we were blown away by the attention to detail. Turn down service at night with cold water bottles and chocolates placed on the nightstands was such a pleasant and thoughtful way to end our days. There are so many options when it comes to food and overall we were very happy with the quality.All of the golfers in our group thoroughly enjoyed the golf course and even got to get up close to some crocodiles on the 18th fairway! Everything about the resort and the wedding exceeded our expectations and we cannot recommend Dreams Playa Mujeres enough to anyone that is looking to have the most amazing destination wedding and/or vacation.

Ocean is not super clear but it is swimmable!Not a lot of sea weed either. Wish pools were open later and places to eat. They had multiple nights of entertainment and even some vendors. Gorgeous grounds, a pool everywhere you go and service at all the places were great! I would come back again!

Spent a week here with extended family including 2 kids. The experience far exceeded my expectations - great food, sparkling amenities, the beach and spa were excellent; all of it was world class. The best part of all was the hospitality… Benjamin, Jaime, and the team took incredible care of us and made us feel welcome. I’m certain this will be a new family tradition of ours.

After much thought I have decided to update the review to 3 stars. TLDR: get the cheapest room possible! The good: staff was friendly, scenery was beautiful and rooms were clean. The bad: for the price we spent, we did not get the treatment that was deserved. We upgraded to The Governor suite with the promise that everything was going to be 5 stars. Unfortunately the very first thing we encountered was that our room was not ready for 2.5 hours after we checked in. When ordering room service the average time was 90 mins or longer. The private hot tub has no heater, you fill it with hot water which gets cold quickly. Normally, I would not complain about these things but the suite is super expensive and thought it would be good for our mini family reunion. My opinion if you do go, buy the cheapest room possible. You get the same perks and you are not in the room that much anyway.

Jaime at the beach was awesome. He really stuck out from the rest (who were generally excellent as well).Excellent service, professional, courteous, and friendly. The food and drinks were great, the grounds were beautiful and clean, and we had a great experience here.We’d love to come back again soon.Because it was so good, I feel compelled to bring this one rather significant issue to the attention of the resort management:Our first evening at the resort we were so excited to finally be there and get to enjoy our vacation.My wife and I and our three children. We went to the Mexican restaurant about 10 minutes before they opened. When they opened, a couple of the waiters came out and greeted us and handed us drinks and showed us to our table.It felt like our vacation had finally begun.We were seated and introduced to the buffet.They took our drink orders, and we were invited to help ourselves to the buffet.Once we were half way through our dinner, the manager approached us and told us we had to leave.I was totally confused.Everyone seated around us was awkwardly staring at my family.I had no idea why.We were informed that we had been seated in the middle of a wedding rehearsal dinner.Apparently a wedding party had rented out the restaurant for the evening, but we had no way of knowing - especially at an all-access, all-inclusive resort.There was no “private party” sign, no list of guests, no one asked when we arrived whether we were part of the wedding event, and no indication it was closed to other resort guests.This was incredibly embarrassing for my family, and completely ruined our first evening at the resort.We paid a lot of money to have full access to the resort and its restaurants.How can they let a private party rent out the restaurant and close it to all other paying resort guests? That should not be allowed.Please ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future. This resort is too good to allow such a mistake to be made.

Hotel muy bonito y tranquilo, les sugiero checar la frescura de sus alimentos, mi hijo y yo tuvimos infección estomacaly por los precios que se pagan, uno esperaría que mínimo no te haga daño, otra sugerencia referente a tomar la platica para ser miembro de sus hoteles, son muy amables hasta que dices no, todo cambia y hasta groseros se ponen, la carta informativa para dejar la habitación la envian en ingles, creo seria bueno ya que el hotel esta ubicado en México que tambien la escribieran en español. Ojala lo tomen en cuanta.

En general fueron unas vacaciones excelentes dado que las instalaciones, habitaciones, zona de albercas son fabulosas, así como la limpieza y la mayoría de los empleados son muy atentos y hago una mención especial a Jaime Lagunas (Pool concierge). En lo concerniente a los alimentos consideró le falta un poco de variedad al buffet de desayunos y un poco de mayor rapidez al servicio y finalmente al entrenamiento nocturno y durante el día consideró es mínimo.

Las instalaciones,habitaciones, zona de albercas,son excelentes, así como la limpieza y la mayoría de los empleados son muy atentos; sin embargo otros denotan cierta discriminación y se enfocan en atender primordialmente a los de habla inglesa, entre ellos los meseros de los bares y los que sirven en el área de piscinas. Su comida va de lo pésimo a lo excelente, radica en probar para descartar. Es estúpida su exigencia de usar pantalones largos y camisas con mangas dentro de los restaurantes considerando que estamos vacacionando en zona de playas. En el evento de noche mexicana la hostes nos impedía el paso afirmando que había lista de espera (no había nadie formado delante de nosotros), hasta que vio el enfado de mi marido y este dijo que lo reportaría nos dejaron entrar inmediatamente,no entendí su proceder (!) Acaso pretendía impedir que entráramos? Por último creo que para el costo tan alto les falta lo que ofrecen otros hoteles de su categoría,como actividades acuáticas (snorquel, frizbee, etc), motorizadas y juguetes para usar en la playa.

Un excelente hotel. El mejor de sus restaurantes el francés, donde te atiende el mejor mesero de todo el hotel, su nombre es Jaime. La Gerente Alexandra Flores, una ejecutiva de primera, toma decisiones y soluciona los problemas, incluso que no son del hotel, pero afectan a los huéspedes! Felicidades. Igualmente al señor Arturo Carrera, un reconocimiento a su trabajo.

Great place for kids, very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed over Christmas and found the place to be well staffed and not too busy. Our 2.5 year old son had a blast on the beach and in the many pools. We were met at the entrance with a cool towel and a glass of wine upon arrival. Any matter we brought to the attention of the staff was immediately addressed, thank you for and excellent vacation Playa!

Christmas Vacation totally worth it. We have traveled and stayed at multiple secrets resorts, did the PV location in October 21, this resort is truly setup to entertain and is by far the gem of the other locations.We host a 20+ couples event every year in October and we scout locations for the event after two days we knew this is our next stop for our D&D Sandy toes event.Everyone in all locations are on top of it from the drivers to the bartenders. What is even more impressive is that they have remembered our names each day!If you are debating about this location go ahead and book you will not be disappointed.

El hotel en general está muy bien, tiene variedad de cosas para hacer, y la comida es buena. Sin embargo, hay detalles bastante flojos: la demora en los restaurantes es absurda, carece de actividades nocturnas y si están pensando en organizar su boda allí, NO lo hagan, es un desastre y además es absurdamente caro. Los encargados de organizar las bodas no ayudan en casi nada (la familia se encargó de la mayoría), los fotógrafos parece que no supieran hacer fotografía de eventos, porque tenemos mejores fotos en nuestros teléfonos que por las que se pagó muchísimo dinero, además, son demasiado desorganizados para estos eventos.

Hotel novo com quartos maravilhosos! Serviço espetacular. Mais afastado da zona hoteleira, o que proporciona um luxo extra à zona. Não sei se por causa do covid, mas nem todos os restaurantes do hotel estavam abertos, mas se estivessem mereceria 5 estrelas.

I had my wedding just a week ago at dreams and I will share my experience. My wedding coordinator was Iridian and she’s a great person, very sweet and calm, but there were so many details that didn’t go as expected that I just need to share it . (I had a good wedding overall, I was happy that day, but some things could have been better )First of all, the hotel has a ridiculous amount of weddings.Every single day I was there there were at least two weddings per day .so you can imagine the kind of service they can offer .Pre wedding . Communication with the wedding coordinator wasnt great. When I booked the package they sent information, but they told me I would be speaking with my wedding coordinator 2 months prior the wedding. It was 3 weeks before the wedding when I finally had a call withthem . Also, beforethat I would send emails and they would take multiple days to respond, I was getting a bit anxious because of that. In the end I relaxed and I just thought they would do a good job, since they do this every day.But just for context a day of a wedding coordinator can be like this : two meetings with new brides arriving the hotel,maybe a pre-wedding event, and then a wedding . And then in between that, they might have calls with brides. I honestly don’t know how they do it ! 😳 it’s too much!! they certainly need more people to help , more wedding coordinators, interns I don’t know .This hotel is not flexible at all. We were having our wedding, but also covering some expenses for some family and friends who were coming to the wedding and staying for a week vacation,So the bill was bigger than just wedding stuff. With all of this, we just asked one thing and it was to have my husband’s dad to come earlier on our wedding day so he could enjoy time with family (he was staying at other hotel- my husband’s parents are divorced). They said they couldn’t let him come earlier because of Covid. We asked and explained the situation, but they were very strict, whichis ridiculous to me since he would be coming anyway. So we had to “book” a room for 2 nights for him (which was the minimum they accepted) so he could come earlier that day, he didn’t stay at the hotel, but it was just to show .Pre wedding event: I had a welcome party for our 60 pax group 2 days before the wedding. I scheduled a walking through with our bridal party just 30 minutes before that, which i thought it was very close to the welcome party, but I just thought “whatever, they know what they are doing”. Of course, some people came 10 minutes late, so I asked her if it was enough time to do the practice and she said yes. But of course it wasn’t, we were 20 minutes late to our cocktail hour . And when I arrived there there was no one greeting our guests, or explaining we will be late ( some of them told me they thought they were lost, because no one was there ). Also, the wedding coordinator just left right after the practice, she didn’t come to check that everything was fine with our event , she had to go to secrets, I am guessing to do some other event.Also, a week before our travels is when they could approved our location for our rehearsal dinner, which was right after the welcome Party. they just sent me that information in an email, but they never mentioned there was a dress code. So right before heading to 3 colores the restaurant where we were having our rehearsal dinner, they told me that some of my guests couldn’t come to The event because they were wearing shorts 🩳 ( they were formal shorts, not sport shorts ). I talked to the guy in charged and he told me that those were the rules, but I was upset because no one had told me that. In the end they made us seat outside, which I was fine with . Also, when we came no one welcomed us, they just told us it was ready, so we greeted our guests again and welcomed them To take a seat. Not happy of how this day went .I will be making another review for my wedding day.

Es muy bueno aparte es un lugar en donde hablan muchos idiomas y es muy grande aparte la atención es la mejor y si estás en el peferclub es muy divertido los bares los restaurantes ya están incluidos lo único es que queda bastante retiradola ciudad entonces es como fastidioso salir tienen muchas cosas así que no es necesario salir casi del hotel entonces pues necesario salir

Um sonho de Resort.

Ganhamos duas noites nesse maravilhoso hotel, para testarmos seus serviços e instalações. Resultado: duas noites no melhor hotel de nossas vidas. Simplesmente perfeito! Serviços como atendimento ao quarto 24 horas por dia (pode pedir lanches, comidas e bebidas, por exemplo), wi-fi gratuito, além de ser "all inclusive", ou seja, tudo que você consome no resort esta incluso: cervejas, drinks com tequila, vodka (Absolute), whisky, martini, água, sucos, além dos mais de 10 restaurantes a La Carte, incluindo um de rodízio, chamado "O Gaúcho". Óbvio que em apenas duas noites não conseguimos aproveitar tudo, mas no tempo que ficamos foi tudo perfeito. Sem contar três --isso mesmo!-- três pavimentos de piscina, contando com piscinas aquecidas, duas com borda ínfinita, além de parque aquático infantil, com dois toboaguas gigantes!

Scorpion in room…AC doesn’t work… won’t be coming back…. OK I’m normally an easy going guy… but when I stepped barefoot out of bed and almost was bit by a live scorpion the size of my palm it’s a bit much. Top that off with weak AC and it made for a real unpleasant time. Some of the staff are excellent, others not so much. This place is super expensive and although it claims to be all inclusive they nickel and dime the guests. With hidden up charges. Overall although the location was beautiful I would not return.

We had a tremendous family vacation in October.11 adults and 4 children experienced Mexican hospitality at its finest. We enjoyed great food, drinks, weather and service for 7 wonderful days.Accommodations were very comfortable. Attention to COVID details were reassuring. I highly recommend this resort.

El lugar super bonito, el personal muy amable... En fin quede encantada.

The resort is BEAUTIFUL! The landscaping is on point. The staff is so friendly. The food is AWFUL! The drinks were just okay. The bedding was very scratchy. Overall we had a good time but the money spent should have gotten a more comfortable stay with better food.

Great family resort. Highly recommend the villas and proffered status for families. This allows access to the lazy river, cabanas, seamless check in and out but best of all amazing accommodations. The 2 bedroom villa is HUGE! My 6 year old son begged to go to explorers club every night which had fantastic activities inclusive of camping and movies on the beach. World cafe was the ultimate food spot with the most variety and pool service was top notch. You can always walk over to Secrets for some adult only options as well. We did rent a fishing boat and caught a ton which the resort then cooked for us. Last even if you don’t swim with the dolphins you can sit in the beach and watch the full show, don’t miss them! Only improvement could be on room service, options were very limited and service was slow but with all the other options it wasn’t a big issue

10/10 EXPERIENCE!!!! I just shot a destination wedding at this resort last Friday & it was absolutely amazing! Everyone who works there is so so kind, always saying hello & asking how your day is going -- they truly are so personable. I stayed for 5 nights total & everything was great -- the food, the rooms, the service, everything! Everything for the wedding was also so organized & well done! If you're thinking of visiting or getting married here, I absolutely recommend! I attached some photos of the resort & the wedding for reference!

Mira pues ser un huésped de este tipo de hoteles es un poco caro pero si tienes los recursos es muy placentero disfrutar de un lugar así todo incluido. Sí pueden se los recomiendo. Sobre todo porqué sería padre si lo disfrutas con tus hijos o nietos lo pasarán de Mo lindo.

El personal con un trato muy amable y amigables. Las instalaciones muy bien y la comida deliciosa. Sin dudavale la pena y volvería.

This trip felt like an absolute break from normal daily stresses as we were surrounded by numerous pools, activities for children, great food, and high quality service. I wish the service industry in the US had the same caliber as Dreams' abundantly hospitable employees. We truly were given special treatment at this resort. This was a vacation of a lifetime, with many resort activities including bike rides, pool Zumba, beach & water volleyball, Spanish lessons, treasure hunts, water slides, and ocean trampoline all included (big shout out to Franco on the entertainment team for seeking us out and including us in all the fun activities!). Be sure to bring nice clothes (pants and shoes other than sandals/sneakers for men) as dinner has semi-strict dress code to promote the proper environment. Hibachi dinner was also amazing.

My experience at Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort was amazing, it was literally a dream. I have never felt more welcomed and taken care of at any hotel or resort. The food was AMAZING. My favorite was the breakfast buffet. Anyone on the fence because of food, this place has delicious food. Also, my favorite experience at Dreams was getting to do the Entertainment Team activities and meeting the Entertainment team member France Jimenez. Overall, meeting Franco was my favorite part of my trip because of all the memories my boyfriend and I were able to make with Franco and the activities of the day. Franco was always in high spirits and extremely hospitable. He made activities such as beach volleyball, pool basketball, and rock climbing really fun and always made sure to include everyone. I watched how he treated all guests with care and even took care of a special needs child and included him in the activities of the days such as beach volleyball and pool basketball. The way he was always trying to get everyone around to play and involved in the daily activities was admirable. Overall, Franco was the best employee I interacted with. 100% A team player and improved the spirit of the resort!

Apesar de ser un hotel de primera, hay detalles que le hacen falta, ya que no es nada barato, como mas limpiesa en la toallas y almoadas, y las instalaciones como contactos, topes en las puertas de vidrio en los baños estan desgastados y les hace falta esos proctectores.

Loved the resort. I have to give a shout out to Ivan, Jose at the Bali beds preferred area and Brian. Rooms were very nice. The food was good. I liked that they had several options in food. Room service did take a while but I would order 30 min in advance then go to my room once I was done and they would arrive about 15 minutes later. Ivan was great and gave us great service. He waited on us one day by the pool and constantly checked on us and made sure we were good. Jose in the preferred area I would say was over the top great. He was on top of it. He went above and beyond to make us happy. It was me, my son 21, other son 23 and his girlfriend and my daughter 11. Jose did so much for my daughter bringing her milkshake and food throughout the day. Plus bringing all us adults food. He waited on us 2 days and we were just so pleased with him. Very easy going and talkative. Lastly but not least my kids enjoyed Brian (activities director) he showed them magic tricks and played pool volleyball and beach volley everyday we were there except one day while we did a excursion. Everything Brian seen us throughout the day he would wave us down letting us know about the activities for the day and to come join. My kids made sure they went. His personality was enjoyable. If this review is read by the actual resort please give those guys some recognition. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip with my kids and the great staff. I have meaning to write this review but just got busy. Our trips was Aug 12-17, 2021.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres. The resort has excellent amenities for kids of all ages. Our sons loved the teen club activities, pool activities and their engaging staff . This allowed us parents to also enjoy our vacation as well. Food was great no complaints fro the kids which is always a plus. I would recommend this resort to anyone, we will be back to this or another dreams property in the future.

I've been here for a week and the staff has been AMAZING! Everyone has been friendly and helpful, just unbelievable. I'm a super picky eater so food has been a bit of a challenge. The best dining has been at Fusion and L'etoille. The pools and grounds are kept spotless and there's plenty of room to find a lounge and get some sun. There are also companies that gather in the lobby each day to offer tours and excursions to see and experience the surrounding area and make lasting memories. What an awesome vacation!

Absolutely amazing trip. The entire staff went above and beyond. My wife and I stayed 5 days and felt pampered and tailored to our every need at any point. We really enjoyed staying at Dreams. There are ample pools, hot tubs, swim up bars, seats I could go on. We had some great service from multiple people, those I can remember are Benito and Juan I believe from the preferred club, and Luis from the Grotto was excellent as well. I'm sure I'm forgetting many names, as everyone we encountered was amazing. On top of that the food was excellent. Granted I'm used to cruising, so I assumed the food would be on par with that, but was really surprised. Everything I ate there exceeded expectations. That is really the main point of my review. Everything exceeded my expectations. Dreams was amazing. Also if you book a preferred room you are given access to everything next door at Secrets and the restaurants next door/vibe are totally different and make for a great time. I could have easily spent another two weeks there. Great time.

Dirty, outdated, and corrupted place. Don’t waste your time and money here. You will not be able to relax. You will be harassed and spied on 24/7. Front desk is rude and will forget the details of your reservation. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere better were you can truly enjoy yourself. Unfortunately, this place has only kept getting worse and worse. Very disappointed with Playa Bonita staff and how corrupted they are and how they work together alongside the police to take your money.
