“The bed and the sheet were very confortable, the room was spotless and they also have a very friendly staff.Though, I was disappointed by several things given that it is a 4 stars hotel : - you can't open the window - there was no body lotion - no possibility to prepare a tea or coffee in the room nor a bottle of water in the fridge - the shower pressure was really too low, making it very difficult to rinse off the shampoo - breakfast was not particularly good”

“We had a good arrival and we told the concierge that our booking didn’t appeared in the app, and he said, no problem, did the check-in in 2 minutes and that’s it. we stayed two nights, the firstnight the tv service wasn’t working. The only response was: sorry we will pass your complain. The second night when we arrived the room was not clean, after complaining the response was that we had to requested via app, which we were not informed about. Trying to get a solution the lady concierge told me not to be so dramatic, a terrible answer to a disappointed guest. She brought fresh towels 20 minutes later and she literally said “hey” handed me the towels turn around and left. I’m very disappointed with the service and the way your staff dealt with the problem.”
