“This hotel calls itself 3.5 stars but it was no better than a dormitory this week. It is the only time I have checked out early due to terrible situation at a hotel. It is old with paper thin doors and first thing we saw in our room was a cockroach on the 8th floor. The hotel was also overrun by hundreds of teenage girls with no chaperones having a party for four days which meant no sleep and no enjoyment of the hotel. When we requested early checkout, zero apology, refund or discount was offered. Don’t waste your money here as there are much better options. We found a brand new resort next door with same rating and price that was 10 times better.”
