Muito bom hotel, garantindo o padrão Accord. Quarto confortável, boa cama, bom banheiro, limpo. Ótimo café da manhã com muitas frutas, pães, queijos e ovos. Bem localizado a poucos passos do metrô, o que facilita bastante o deslocamento. Staff muito atencioso

Mi estadía fue por hotel de tránsito covid.- Pieza en segundo piso, pequeña para el valor pagado. - Vista a Manquehue bastante agradable, excelente aislación de ruido y sol. - Excelente atención de parte del personal. - Comidas por sobre la calidad esperada.

Lamentable estadía en el Ibis Manquehue. Nos vimos obligados por el gobierno a quedarnos en este hotel y pagar más de el doble del cobro usual por noche. Esto, en teoría, debido al inmenso esfuerzo que debían hacer para mantener todo sanitizado y proveer la pensión alimenticia completa para los huéspedes en tránsito. Al llegar nos percatamos de las condiciones reales ofrecidas, no tuvimos aseo en la habitación sino hasta el último día de la estadía. Las toallas fueron cambiadas pasada la tercera noche. NUNCA se llevó a cabo ni un tipo de sanitizacion post-llegada. La pensión completa exigida por el MINSAL era de 4 comidas al día, menuda sorpresa nos llevamos al ver que no solo teníamos 3 comidas al día (no las 4 establecidas), sino que además la calidad de las mismas era deplorable. Poca comida, poco nutritiva. Un almuerzo de 1 vienesa con 200 gr de arroz? Y complementar con una ensalada de 3 rodajas de tomate transparente y 3 rodajas de pepino, sin postre. Estas irregularidades no quedan exentas de reclamos, procederé a acercarme al SERNAC, no pueden cobrar estos precios por este "servicio". Si leen esto, por favor eviten este hotel. Fuera de las irregularidades, las camas malas y pequeñas, las habitaciones MINUSCULAS, la TV(28" talvez) por suerte tiene cable, el internet de aprox 1.4 MB de bajada (un chiste), los muebles incómodos. Espero no tener que volver a pasar por esto nunca en mi vida.

Es la segunda vez que me aolojo ahí.. Y de verdad que esta vez los costo del restaurante están muy altos . y ahora cobran por el estacionamiento, de verdad no me parece .. Primera vez que eso me sucede en ningun lugar del mundo en un hotel te cobran.. De resto todo bien..

A hotel that doesn't receive dollars!?? Yes, this is that place, you'll need a local authority paperwork to make your dollars receivable. Among many other headaches. If you like the location go to Icon Hotels, by far it'll be a better bang for your buck.

Had to think about this. Wanted to give a two but gave a 3. One towel for two people, Floor not cleaned, walls with spots of something, shower handle not cleaned and no sheets that cover the whole bed just but white ones you climb under. So we slept on top of all the blankets. Said when you touch the mattress with your body know that the worst part of the bed you rest has been touched by many people. Service was awesome and very helpful. Covid or not never should of been lazy in housekeeping.

Decent hotel if you’re visiting Santiago for business. The rooms are small, basic and silent. The bed is uncomfortable, but OK for the price you pay. The restaurant is actually good for lunch and dinner.

Your typical city ibis, mostly clean and functional. Staff is friendly but should improve their english. It's OK, i would go again.

This ibis is even nicer than the ibis in providencia. Clean, comfortable, modern rooms with fast WiFi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Hot showers with strong water flow. Friendly staff. Very good price for what you're getting... This hotel is honestly nicer and cheaper than most places I've stayed in the USA.The restaurant has delicious food for a reasonable price. Fairly large menu for a hotel. Lots of drink options, and there's 24 hour service.Breakfast is the average for I've come to expect in Chile: breads, pastries, juices etc. Nothing really special, but definitely not bad.It's located in a safe, upscale part of Santiago. Not as much art/history attractions as downtown or providencia nearby, but there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the local vicinity.
