“Is this really Pullman standards anymore ? Rooms are getting older and older. Traces of mold in all the bathroom. Room cleanliness is so so... air conditioner is blocked. You can really choose the temperature you wish. No clock in the room. Air dryer electric cable very dangerous. Staff is not really welcoming at the reception and not really helping. No one of the staff was smiling during my stay from any service...”

“Such a nice hotel with great staff! It’s no new that hotel properties could be in their greatest shape but if there’s not a connection between their guest and staff it doesn’t matter.
I wanted to Highlight James, Rebeca and Dionísio (I hope I wrote his name right) they are the best people I’ve encountered in the past months from all hotels I’ve been too.
This definitely makes me wanna come back and suggest this place to my friends when traveling to Brazil.
