Hotel very nice, with a lovely swimming pool that we enjoyed so much. The reception staff very helpful and friendly and the bar member Susanna was incredibly accommodating. She suggested us to try the house wine that was super nice. We enjoyed even the Hotel restaurant (they have a super tasty Italian style pizza) and the breakfast that it had a big variety of different type of food (even if it was a little expensive). We were a bit disappointed by the cleaners as they were not cleaning the rooms properly on our first day of arrival and Tuesday and Thursday, leaving the tables full of dust and the floor uncleaned..However some other days the room was better looked after, and the hotel provided even cream for the body, the room had bath and even conditioning and air conditioner which was too important considering the heat of the days we spent there. The hotel is super nice however the Location is horrible. Too difficult to reach the centre. There is only one bus that take you to the centre and the bus driver are so rude that sometimes they refuse to let you in if you want to pay by card or if you don’t have the ticket and you want to buy it on board or if you don’t have the mask. We had to take several times the taxi which in this country is very expensive compared to other countries/locations. However even if you decide to spend some time in the hotel itself the swimming pool is super enjoyable. We had a bit of disturbance also from a very loud group of guys at 3am in the night but the receptionist came to reduce their volume. The staff is surely very caring although I believe this hotel could offer much more for a 4 star, however it is recommended if you do have a car and wish to spend few days relaxing.
