“Esta es la peor experiencia de JW Marriott para mí. Aunque la vista es buena, el servicio fue terrible. El salón era ruidoso y siempre parece un personal muy ocupado. El comedor estaba lleno de gente. La habitación no se limpió bien y el servicio de limpieza se perdió algunos detalles importantes, como la distribución de tazas y artículos de baño. La habitación huele a moho. Después de 7 días en el JW Marriott Macau, viajar a este Marriott fue como caer del cielo al infierno. Como miembro platino para quedarme 3 noches, cuando me registré a medianoche después de un viaje largo y horrible, me dijeron que me podían ascender a una suite ejecutiva al día siguiente. Así que la recepción me dijo muy bien que no desempaquetara demasiado mi equipaje. Solo saque las cosas necesarias y me ayudarán a mudarme a la suite ejecutiva por la mañana. Pero cuando volví la noche siguiente, descubrí que mi habitación había sido trasladada a un piso un poco más alto con exactamente el mismo tamaño, la misma vista pero una distribución peor. Peor aún fue que la habitación no se limpió bien como se hizo a toda prisa. ¿¡El personal acaba de decir que hubo un malentendido !? Sí, lo entendí mal. Este no es JW Marriott.”

“This is the worst experience of JW Marriott to me. Although the view is good, the service was terrible. The lounge was noisy with always looks very busy staff. The dining room was crowded. The room was not cleaned well and the housekeeping missed some important details such as layout of cups and bath supplies. The room smells moldy.
After 7 days staying in JW Marriott Macau, travelling to this Marriott was like falling from heaven to the hell!
As a platinum member to stay for 3 nights, when I checked in at midnight after a horrible long way travel, I was told that I can be upgraded to a executive suite the next day. So the front desk NICELY told me to not unpack my luggage too much. Just take out necessary stuff and they will help me to move to the executive suite in the morning. But when I came back the next night, I found my room was just moved to a little higher floor with exactly same size, same view but a worse layout. Even worse was that the room was not cleaned well like it was done in a rush. The staff just said there was misunderstanding!? Yes, I misunderstood. This is not JW Marriott.”
