“Nice rooms and comfortable beds. The shower is weird changes temperature by itself and I burnt myself twice because of it. Kids pool extremely dirty, they should be cleaning it regularly, don’t joke with hygiene of our kids especially. Staff at the bar is super slow, we were not served the menu had to go take it myself after 20 minutes. I told him we have to check out and a flight to catch but the guy at the bar couldn’t care any lesser. At last we had to leave since he never showed up to take our order after waiting for nearly 45 minutes!! Also they made us pay for all our drinks after every meal upfront and they couldn’t charge it to the room which was very strange because I saw the staff charging to the rooms for other guests, I do not understand this kind of discrimination. Very average buffet. Overall very mediocre stay at this hotel.”
