¡Hola!It was a great experience staying in Riu Bravo Hotel on our holiday. We stayed for a week enjoying the swimming pool and drinks. There are 4 pools with a pool bar. With all inclusive, you can enjoy full amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food were Spanish, Italian and German(English Breakfast was served in the morning which is my favourite!) Staff in the hotel are very generous and friendly. Most of staff speak Spanish, German and English.Room was nice and well-cleaned. Specially i really liked the bath room.Every night you can enjoy beautiful live music at the bar.Clean sand beach is very close by, like a minute walking distance.I'd like to say to the staff that thank you very much for welcoming us. It was truly the best choice to stay in the hotel and you guys are such assets!¡Muchos Gracias!

From 16 to 23 August 2020, a wonderful, clean and super comfortable hotel with very courteous and customer-focused staff. Food all hours and bar with all drinks included in all inclusive. Four swimming pools, one with a bar, ideal for reading and staying cool. If I return to Mallorca I will consider it first.

Well located hotel, top beach access and bus line not far to get to the center of Palma (2 € the ticket).Regarding the hotel, the rooms are clean and the staff pleasant, the food is repetitive and not a large choice (we stayed there for 15 days). If you want a bottle of water in your room you will have to get it from reception because in the room you have a mini fridge but empty ...No entertainment as well during the day and in the evening.3 star hotel

Es un hotel que podía ser perfectamente de cinco estrellas. La limpieza es uno de sus fuertes. La comida muy buena con mucha variedad. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas. Es cierto, que al estar al 75% de su capacidad (COVID19) hemos estado comodísimos sin necesidad de hacer cola casi en ninguna ocasión. Lo mejor de todo, sin duda, su personal; atento, servicial, encantador... Su ubicación es muy buena al estar al lado de la playa del Arenal (dos minutos andando). No hay problema para aparcar si has alquilado coche. Por poner alguna pega, si es que la hay, es que el 90% de los clientes son extranjeros, alemanes en su mayoria, y muchos jovenes, que cuando se les va la mano con la bebida... ya se sabe. Estoy seguro y sin ninguna duda, que he acertado con el hotel. Han sido una vacaciones que siempre recordaré.

On arrival at the hotel you have to pay tourist tax you get a key and it is said that there is an app where you can download all the information you will not get more information. Room is fine, "cleaned" every day, your bed is made, but nothing more. Food is cold and poor quality, little choice except if you like snack food then you can enjoy pizza pasta and hot dogs all week. Cocktails have all turned into slush puppies. No kidding all cocktails are in these dispensers and are very sweet. If you want to eat dinner on your last day because you are not going to transfer until 7:00 PM, then forget about it from 12:00 PM onwards. Dan Corona jah there are measures to keep everyone safe and healthy and this is super nice and understandable. Only what the measures are you can not find anywhere and you have to find out by being tapped on your fingers by staff who actually want to be somewhere else than work. This hotel is not worth four stars because the food and drinks are too bad for that. The service can also be worked on as adult people are approached as children by staff, which is not friendly and inviting. All in all choose another hotel it is not worth your money.

It is a hotel that could be perfectly five stars. Cleanliness is one of its strengths. Very good food with a lot of variety. The facilities are very well cared for. It is true that being at 75% of its capacity (COVID19) we have been very comfortable without having to queue almost on any occasion. Best of all, without a doubt, its staff; Attentive, helpful, charming ... Its location is very good being next to the Arenal beach (two minutes walk). There is no problem parking if you have rented a car. To put a downside, if there is one, is that 90% of the customers are foreigners, Germans for the most part, and many young people, that when they get out of hand with the drink ... you know. I am sure and without any doubt that I have been right with the hotel. It has been a vacation that I will always remember.

Fuimos de despedida de soltera y el trato del personal fue excelente, inmejorable! Basilio, Francisco, Antonia Ionel, Sito, Jose, Manuel, Pedro y un largo etcétera, solo deciros que muchísimas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan magnifica.Además, la comida era muy variada y estaba muy buena.Sin duda volveremos, lo recomendamos totalmente.

Excelente atención! Todo el personal siempre esta de buen humor, eso es agradable. Las instalaciones son cómodas, todas las habitaciones con balcón. Si tienes alguna queja te escuchan y cooperan para un mejor servicio. Actualmente (Jun.2020) el hotel 🏨 esta cumpliendo con los protocolos por lo del Coronavirus(guantes, mascarilla, antibacterial, etc.) La comida tiene algunas fallas (considero que normal, sin nada especial), pero imagino que todavía están experimentando con lo de los nuevos protocolos. No tiene estacionamiento (como casi todos los hoteles del Arenal). Ideal para ir con amigos con la familia. Recuerda cuidar las instalaciones y cooperar con el orden y un buen ambiente para todos.

We went for a bachelorette party and the treatment of the staff was excellent, unbeatable! Basilio, Francisco, Antonia Ionel, Sito, Jose, Manuel, Pedro and a long etcetera, just to say that thank you very much for making our stay so magnificent.Also, the food was very varied and very good.We will definitely return, we highly recommend it.

Excellent attention! All the staff are always in a good mood, that's nice. The facilities are comfortable, all rooms with balcony. If you have any complaints they listen to you and cooperate for a better service. Currently (Jun 2020) the hotel 🏨 is complying with the Coronavirus protocols (gloves, mask, antibacterial, etc.). The food has some flaws (I consider normal, without anything special), but I imagine they are still experimenting with about the new protocols. It has no parking (like almost all hotels in Arenal). Ideal to go with friends with family. Remember to take care of the facilities and cooperate with order and a good environment for everyone.

I can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience. The location is good; in the second row, just a few minutes walk to the sea. The room was small, fine, and clean (515). The food was simple and tasty; in the second week of our stay the choice of dishes got much better. The service was also very good. I particularly liked the service from a little lady in the restaurant and two women at the bar. In the second week, the pool police were also introduced, who also cleared the reserved loungers. The Covid 19 measures were observed but not exaggerated.Thank you for a nice stay in your hotel despite the Corona crisis!

Sin ninguna duda lo mejor que tiene el hotel es el trato humano. La atención es excelente desde recepción, hasta el servicio en el restaurante. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Comida variada y de buena calidad y las habitaciones muy limpias.Si ampliaran el servicio de animación en especial para niños y los horarios de las comidas se adaptarán más a españoles, le daría un 10!! Sin ninguna duda muy recomendable!!

Sabor agridulce, dentro de lo que es un hotel perfecto en todos los sentidos, queda empañado por la zona. Sólo pensar en dar un triste paseo es impensable,borrachos por todas partes y horas, de vez en cuando coches corriendo por la calle a lo fast and furious, locales de "alterne". Vamos peor imposible para ir en familia. Ni de broma repito en la zona. Eso sí, un 10 para el hotel.

Increíble hotel! Las instalaciones y servicios son fantásticos; pero lo mejor del sin duda es el personal que trabaja allí. La atención recibida en recepciónde parte de Claudio y Toni hicieron una recibimiento y una bienvenida fabulosa. El personal del bar, como Txema y los demáscamareros hicieron que nos sintieramos como en casa. Los camareros y cocineros del Buffet un 10. Las habitaciones correctas y limpias. La ubicación perfecta a escasos metros de la playa.Un lugar para repetir; sin dudarlo! Gracias por todo!

Todo excelente, hay que destacar a ciertas personas del hotel que han hecho mi estancia maravillosa, el encargado de recepción (francisco), el metre, los camareros del bar, el encargado de la animación(Roberto). Las habitaciones impecables y muy buen precio en relacion calidad-precio. La comida del buffet riquísima y el restaurante OLÉ increible. Sin duda el hotel se merece un 10 por todo el servicio.

Tolles Hotel mit angenehmen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Trotz Nähe zur Schinkenstraße relativ ruhig! Die Hotelmanagerin duldet auch keine exzessiven Partygäste und legt viel Wert auf eine angenehme Atmosphäre für alle Gäste.Die Hauptsaison des Hotels beginnt immer am 1. Mai, wo dann auch die kleine Bar IM Pool geöffnet hat und auch das Speiseangebot erweitert wird.Dir Spirituosen lassen qualitativ allerdings absolut zu wünschen übrig.

Le doy 5 estrellas por muchas razones. La primera por el trato de todo el equipo del hotel, tanto como recepcionistas, personal de room service, restaurante y un largo etc, se preocupan mucho de tu bienestar y de que disfrutes de la estancia, incluso llegaron a llamar a la habitación para comprobar si todo estaba correcto. La segunda razón son las instalaciones, el hotel dispone de 2 grandes piscinas, otra piscina con un bar dentro con taburetes donde sentarte dentro del agua etc, y una sala con 2 jacuzzies y una sauna(totalmente gratis). Además de eso también disponen de una sala para masajes (obviamente de pago). Otro punto a favor es el comedor, es bastante amplio y tienen todo tipo de comida, además de esto, tienes otras opciones, si lo que quieres es comer comida típica española solo tienes que hacer la reserva en recepción e ir a otro comedor(todo esto incluido en el "todo incluido". En cuanto a las habitaciones, bastante amplias, con balcón, aire acondicionado y un baño muy decente. Todas las noches hay espectáculos( creo que todos de tipo musical) en la zona del jardín, aunque sinceramente fue lo que menos me gustó del hotel. En cuanto a la ubicación, el hotel está a unos 5 minutos andando de la costa, en una zona donde hay muchos turistas borrachos y muy alejada de las calas. Os recomiendo alquilar un coche porque cerca del hotel no hay mucho que ver.

Precioso hotel en una zona muy bonita de Mallorca.Bien situado. Zona de fácil aparcamiento y a un paso de la playa.El hotel cuenta con varias piscinas, rodeadas de suficientes tumbonas, una climatizada, bar piscina, jacuzzi y gym.La terraza con vistas al jardín es preciosa tanto de día como de noche.Las habitaciones amplias, con mucha luz natural, impecables en cuanto a limpieza. Las camas muy cómodas y las almohadas también.Cuentan con a/a y ventilador en el techo.Una terraza amploa con mesa y dos sillones y un pequeño tendedero ideal para colgar las toallas de playa.El restaurante grande y acogedor. La comida variada y exquisita.El trato de cada empleado: camareros, personal de limpieza, jefe de cocina, recepción, dirección, botones... Es impresionante! Todo trabajador es amable, atento, simpático, cariñoso... Éste sí es un hotel merecedor de 4 estrellas!Repetiremos en los RIU sindudar. Estamos felices!

The hotel itself is fine. The rooms are nice, but the floor could be cleaner. The food is great, however the main restaurant can be really crowded and you have to wait in line in order to get a table, which can be irritating. Beautifulplants in the garden! We loved them! However,I can give Riu Bravo two stars because the cleaner stole our new Dior lipstick. We left itin the bag, in ihe original box. The cleaner took it and only left the box. She put another lipstick of ours into it! Unfortunately, the safe in the hotel isn't big enough to leave your cosmetics in;) The cleaner was so busy looking for nice things in our bag that she left two dirty and wet rags on our suitcase! They left stains. I hope we can remove them. I complained to the hotel about the whole situation but two days have gone and nobody wrote me back.

The hotel is fine but the rooms arent clean enough. There are queues to the restaurant during dinner time! I have never had such a situation! There are only cold drinks for lunch and dinner. We came in April and our children couldnt drink anything. Moreover, we have been robbed by a cleaner. She stole my mother's bag and a few cosmetics (!). The hotel replied that there is no evidence for that! Keep your luggage closed if you decide to stay there!

Nice clean well maintained hotel with good facilities. All inclusive food & drinks. The room tv doesn’t cater for English so it’s pointless.Also the steam & jacuzzi is separated from the indoor swimming pool which doesn’t make any sense. Also the indoor pool is high in chemicals which turned our silver jewellery black.The hotel does offer great modern rooms to a high standard including free digital room safe - air conditioning & great WiFi connection.Hotel Riu Bravo seems to cater mainly for the elderly crowd as 95% of the people are 60+. And this is also reflected in the evening entertainment.The hotel does have a resident cat which I liked.

Para mi fue una sorpresa, ya que entes de esta experiencia era fanático de los hoteles Riu.Si había distintas opciones en un lugar, si había un Riu en la modalidad todo incluido,, siempre optaba por esta opción.Hasta que llegué con mucha ilusión al Riu Bravo de Mallorca. Como muestra les adjunto la foto del minibar de nuestra habitación. Ni siquiera una botella de agua, había que pedirla en la Administración.Una desilusión.

Un servicio fantástico, en especial Francisco Torres Gómez de recepción muy simpático y agradable, te hace sentir como en casa a tu llegada al hotel, la cena y el desayuno fabuloso y los cameros del comedor con un trato muy agradable.
