O melhor de Capri. Um destaque especial a cantora Giulia que fez um show maravilhoso..tem uma voz deslumbrante. Sem ela o lugar não teria tantobrilho.

Que grande experiência tivemos. Não faltou a chegada à partida. A equipe é muito simpática e a qualidade dos quartos, café da manhã e jantar são excelentes. Como também vamos regularmente a Dubai e ficamos lá nos hotéis Jumeirah, fomos mimados extra. Nos foi atribuído um lindo quarto e também fomos agradavelmente surpreendidos com um lindo bolo porque eu havia indicado que estávamos comemorando nosso aniversário de casamento. Este hotel está localizado em Anacapri, uma parte agradável de Capri que encontramos pessoalmente. O clube de praia que pertence ao hotel também foi uma experiência agradável, embora eu tenha achado um pouco chato. (Talvez devido ao período de outubro). Havia poucas pessoas. Mas voltando ao hotel, posso recomendar de todo o coração a todos!

Qué gran experiencia hemos tenido. No nos han faltado llegadas ni salidas. El personal es muy amable y la calidad de las habitaciones, el desayuno y la cena son excelentes. Debido a que también vamos regularmente a Dubai y nos quedamos allí en los hoteles de Jumeirah, nos mimaron más. Nos asignaron una hermosa habitación y también nos sorprendieron gratamente con un hermoso pastel porque les había indicado que estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario de bodas. Este hotel está ubicado en Anacapri, una parte agradable de Capri que encontramos personalmente. El club de playa que pertenece al hotel también fue una linda experiencia, aunque me pareció un poco aburrido. (Tal vez debido al período de octubre). Había poca gente. Pero volviendo al hotel, ¡lo recomiendo de todo corazón a todo el mundo!

I would like to take this moment to express my gratitude to the best hotel staff i’ve ever met, here at Capri’s Palace. Words can’t express my satisfaction throughout my stay here at the hotel and i can’t thank the staff in general and Esmeralda specifically enough for best service i have experienced. The staff showed nothing but love and care. I’m glad to stay that in my future visits to Capri i’d never think of staying at other hotels. Gostaria de aproveitar este momento para expressar minha gratidão aos melhores funcionários do hotel que já conheci, aqui no Capri’s Palace. As palavras não podem expressar minha satisfação ao longo da minha estadia aqui no hotel e não posso agradecer à equipe em geral e à Esmeralda especificamente o suficiente pelo melhor serviço que experimentei. A equipe não mostrou nada além de amor e cuidado. Fico feliz em ficar que, em minhas futuras visitas a Capri, nunca pensaria em ficar em outros hotéis.

A wonderful hotel, above the hustle and bustle of Capri in AnaCapri, where locals live. The concierge and staff here were unparalleled and accommodated every need we had. The staff alone makes this place five stars. We did not use the spa or eat the food so cannot comment, but highly recommend this for a stay in Capri. Um hotel maravilhoso, acima da agitação de Capri em AnaCapri, onde vivem os habitantes locais. O concierge e a equipe aqui foram incomparáveis e acomodados todas as necessidades que tivemos. A equipe por si só torna este lugar cinco estrelas. Nós não usamos o spa ou comer a comida, então não posso comentar, mas recomendo isso para uma estadia em Capri.

Nice hotel, but sadly a little bit noisy. Walls ain't that big apparently. Staff tried to be very nice, but with a manager, who shouts at 08:30am in the breakfast area is unacceptable. (laptop, business meeting, over 30min) We tried to enjoy a peaceful breakfast, impossible, we left. Doesn't he got a office? Nice hotel, mas infelizmente um pouco barulhento. Paredes não são tão grandes aparentemente. A equipe tentou ser muito agradável, mas com um gerente, que grita às 08:30 na área de café da manhã é inaceitável. (notebook, reunião de negócios, mais de 30min) Tentamos desfrutar de um café da manhã tranquilo, impossível, saímos. Ele não tem um escritório?

Aparentemente, las paredes no son tan grandes. El personal trató de ser muy amable, pero con un gerente, que grita a las 08:30 am en el área de desayuno es inaceptable. (computadora portátil, reunión de negocios, más de 30 minutos) Intentamos disfrutar de un desayuno tranquilo, imposible, nos marchamos. ¿No tiene oficina?

Las palabras no pueden expresar mi satisfacción durante mi estadía aquí en el hotel y no puedo agradecer lo suficiente al personal en general y a Esmeralda específicamente por el mejor servicio que he experimentado. El personal no mostró nada más que amor y cuidado. Me alegro de quedarme que en mis futuras visitas a Capri nunca pensaría en alojarme en otros hoteles.

Un maravilloso hotel, por encima del ajetreo y el bullicio de Capri en AnaCapri, donde vive la gente local. El conserje y el personal aquí fueron incomparables y se adaptaron a todas las necesidades que teníamos. El personal solo hace que este lugar sea de cinco estrellas. No usamos el spa ni comimos la comida, así que no puedo comentar, pero lo recomiendo encarecidamente para una estancia en Capri.

Nós apreciamos completamente a nossa estadia no Capri Palace. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e atenciosos e nos fizeram sentir em casa. A propriedade é impecável e o jantar excelente. O clube de praia foi um bônus adicional e está localizado ao lado da Gruta Azul. Definitivamente recomendo Capri Palace para quem fica em Capri!

Disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia en el Capri Palace. El personal era amable y atento y nos hizo sentir como en casa. La propiedad está impecable y el comedor excelente. El club de playa fue una ventaja adicional y está ubicado junto a la Gruta Azul. ¡Definitivamente recomiendo Capri Palace a cualquiera que se hospede en Capri!

Stayed here a few years ago and loved it. Came back to visit their restaurant, I didn’t want anything on their menu so I asked if the chef could make me a vongole- it was the best vongole I’ve ever had! They also had a water menu, featuring waters from all over the world which I really loved! Something different, of course always order Nordic because those are the crispest freshest tasting waters! Service was great. Fiquei aqui há alguns anos e adorei. Voltei para visitar o restaurante deles, não queria nada no menu, então perguntei se o chef poderia me fazer um vongole - foi o melhor vongole que já tive! Eles também tinham um menu de água, com águas de todo o mundo que eu realmente amei! Algo diferente, claro que sempre peça Nordic porque essas são as águas mais frescas e saborosas! O serviço foi ótimo.

Service was great. Me alojé aquí hace unos años y me encantó. Volví a visitar su restaurante, no quería nada en su menú, así que le pregunté si el chef podía hacerme un vongole, ¡fue el mejor vongole que he probado! ¡También tenían un menú de aguas, con aguas de todo el mundo que realmente me encantaron! ¡Algo diferente, por supuesto, siempre ordene Nordic porque esas son las aguas más frescas y crujientes! El servicio fue excelente.

A lovely stay at a great hotel in the heart of Anacapri.The location of the hotel is great, nestled in the heart of Anacapri, but removed enough that it still feels very private and quiet.The amenities at the hotel are very nice; It has a great pool with poolside bar and restaurant, the Michelin restaurant L’Olivo was lovely, the spa was excellent and the gym quite well equipped.There is a shuttle running every 30 minutes to the Beach Club, though we found the Beach Club a bit underwhelming (no pool, just a few beach chairs to lay out on overlooking the sea).In particular the staff at the Capri Palace were fantastic; we got to know many by name and loved conversing and interacting with them on a daily basis.Several gave us their numbers to contact them if we had questions, both while we were on Capri or when we went to Napoli.Our only minor complaint about the stay was the room; we were fortunate enough to be upgraded from a Junior Suite to a Star Suite (roughly 700 euro per night upgrade) on top of a room already running over 2000 euro per night.The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with a large bed, couch, private balcony and decent space to move around.However, the bathroom was quite small and the shower so small that my wife and I (quite lean people) found ourselves constantly bumping into shelves and handles.Not nearly a big enough issue to detract from the wonderful stay, but given the pricing and “suite” designation, it was a bit disappointing.Overall we would definitely return to Capri Palace should we go back to Capri.
